How to Bypass web filtering

With command prompt you can visit whatever site you want. There are plenty of ways to bypass poorly constructed filtering. This one, as far as I know, will never be stopped.

in your command prompt, type

ping msn.com

or anything else you wanna visit. Now you should have some info about delay times and IP address for the website. Simply type this IP address into the address bar.

For example: http://207.68.172.246
Digg Google Bookmarks reddit Mixx StumbleUpon Technorati Yahoo! Buzz DesignFloat Delicious BlinkList Furl

Do you do only tech stuff? It's difficult for an ignoramus like me to understand the simplest of things like this...:-(
Thanks for stopping by our blog even though I can't see your comment right now.
